TailorsHub uses account controls and privacy rules to limit access to personal information. Users cannot edit the private information or measurements of other linked users.

Tailor payouts are managed per order. The planned payout process releases the first 50% after the required period following successful payment and the remaining 50% after delivery confirmation, subject to applicable holds, returns, refunds or account reviews.

Open My Store and go to Promotions. Create a new promotion, select the applicable products or conditions and provide the required discount and availability information. Promotions may require approval before becoming publicly available.

Check that the product is active and that all required business, subscription and approval conditions have been completed. Products awaiting review or requiring changes may not appear publicly.

Refund processing times depend on the request review, payment provider and payment method used. The status of an approved refund will be updated on the platform where applicable.

Open the relevant order and use the available return or refund option where applicable. You may be asked to provide a reason and supporting information. Requests are reviewed according to the applicable TailorsHub return and refund policies.

Estimated dates consider the tailor's production time and the expected courier delivery period. Weekends, public holidays, production changes and courier delays may affect the final delivery date.

Open the relevant order from your Orders page and select the shipment or tracking option when tracking information is available. Delivery updates will be displayed as the shipment progresses.

Sign in, open your Profile and select Orders. You can open an order to view its products, payment information, current status, invoice and delivery details.

A TailorsHub cart may be shared using the available cart-sharing feature. The recipient can open the shared link and follow the available payment process. Any discount already applied to the shared order should be shown before payment.

The coupon may be inactive, expired, entered incorrectly or subject to conditions that are not met by the current order. Check the code and try again. Contact TailorsHub support if you believe the coupon should still be valid.

Enter the coupon code in the coupon section during checkout and apply it before completing payment. When the coupon is valid, the applicable discount and updated order total will be displayed.

TailorsHub payments are processed through the payment options shown during checkout. You should complete payments only through the official TailorsHub checkout process and should not send payment information directly to a tailor.

Tailors can open My Store and select the relevant quote section to review customer requirements; view submitted information and manage the quote workflow.

Eligible quotes may be deleted while they are not associated with a paid order. The available actions depend on the current quote status. Open the quote details page to view the actions available for that quote.

Sign in, open your Profile and select the relevant quote section. Custom-made, alteration and embroidery quotes are kept in separate sections to make them easier to manage.

Open the required quote service, select a tailor and complete the quote form. Add the requested information, quantities, measurements, placement details or supporting images where applicable, and then submit the request.

TailorsHub supports service-specific quote workflows such as custom-made products, alterations and embroidery. Only services currently offered by approved businesses will be available for selection.

A fully booked status means that the tailor's current production capacity has been reached. The product may remain visible, but production availability or estimated completion dates may be affected.

Each custom-measurement cart item can be associated with one measurement profile. To order the same product for multiple people, add the product to the cart separately for each profile.

Yes. The person must have an active TailorsHub account and must be linked to your profile through an accepted invitation. When adding a CM product to your cart, select the profile whose measurements should be used.

CM means that the product will use custom measurements instead of a standard size. When selecting CM, choose your own profile or an approved linked profile so that the relevant measurements can be associated with the item.

Browse the Shop, open the product you want and select the required size, colour, fabric or other available options. Add the product to your cart and continue to checkout to confirm delivery and payment information.

No. Linked users remain responsible for their own personal information and measurements. You may select an approved linked profile when ordering, but you cannot edit that person's private information.

A linked profile allows you to purchase custom-sized products for another active TailorsHub user, such as a family member. The other user must accept the account-link invitation before their profile becomes available to you.

Open your Profile, go to Account Security and select Change Password. Enter your current password and create a new secure password.

You can browse public areas of TailorsHub without signing in. An account is required for personalised features such as saved addresses, measurements, quotes, order history, linked profiles, notifications and product reviews.
