3. Inspection: Once the vendor receives the returned item, they will inspect it to ensure it is still in its original condition and packaging.

4. Refund Process: If the item meets the vendor's return, refund, or exchange criteria, a refund will be issued for the purchase price. Please note that shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund.
