Delivery Policy

At Tailors Hub, we are dedicated to delivering your orders efficiently and with care. To ensure reliable shipping, we have partnered with Courier Guy to handle all deliveries. Please note that some of our vendors, particularly tailors, may require additional time to create custom items before they are shipped.

1. Shipping and Delivery Process
All orders placed through Tailors Hub will be processed and shipped by Courier Guy. However, since we are a multivendor platform, delivery times may vary depending on:
- The type of product ordered.
- The vendor’s production and processing time (especially for custom-made items like tailored clothing).

2. Tailored Products
For items that are custom-made or tailored:
- Production Time: Tailors may need up to 10 business days to create the product. This timeframe will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
- Once the product is ready, it will be shipped via Courier Guy, following the standard shipping process.

3. Delivery Timeframes
- Processing and Production Time: Standard items are typically prepared and ready for shipping within 1-3 business days. Custom-made items (e.g., tailored clothing) may take up to 10 business days for production.
- Shipping Time: Once the item is ready, Courier Guy will deliver within 2-5 business days for addresses within South Africa.
- Please note that delivery times to rural or remote areas may vary, and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the item(s). These costs will be displayed at checkout. For products shipped by Courier Guy, their shipping rates apply.

5. Tracking Your Order
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number can be used to monitor your delivery’s status through Courier Guy’s tracking portal https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track.

6. Multiple Shipments
If you order from multiple vendors or purchase both standard and tailored products, your items may be delivered in separate shipments. Each shipment will have its own tracking number, which will be provided to you.

7. Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. Tailors Hub and Courier Guy are not responsible for delays or non-deliveries due to incorrect address information.

8. Failed Deliveries and Redelivery
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, Courier Guy may attempt redelivery or provide instructions for collection at the nearest Courier Guy office. If an order is returned due to multiple failed delivery attempts, you may need to cover additional shipping costs for redelivery.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us and the vendor immediately, providing photos of the damage. The vendor will collaborate with Courier Guy to resolve the issue.
- Lost Packages: If a package is lost during transit, contact us or the vendor to start an investigation with Courier Guy. If the package is confirmed as lost, a replacement or refund will be issued, depending on the circumstances.

10. International Shipping
Currently, Courier Guy only handles deliveries within South Africa. If international shipping is required, please contact us for available options.
